     圖書館向以提供適切服務為職志,我們可以運用正面思考觀點來重新思考何謂讀者以及特殊讀者,並且以同理心來看待他們在接受圖書館服務時所可能面臨的問題,藉此跳脫我們習以為常的服務型態與框架,在現有基礎之上繼續努力並且持續創新。本文依循著這樣的邏輯與概念,希望能夠為特殊讀者的服務找出一個新的動力和方向,並且試圖建構一個正面思考觀點的圖書館特殊讀者服務模式。
     Libraries always devoted to provide appropriate services, we can exert the perspective of positive thinking to rethink what's the definition of customers and special customers, and look upon the potential problems they may confront with the empathy. Wherewith libraries can shake off the service models we take them for granted, continuing to endeavor and innovate on the visible basis. This article follows up such logic and concept, prospect to find out the new direction, and attempting to construct a model of special customer services for libraries from the perspective of positive thinking.
