This study explored the correlation between emotion intelligence and organization efficiency of administration chiefs. This research used the random sampling method, and sampled 112 administration chiefs as the test subjects of this research totally. Subjects were administered by Basic information investigation scale, Emotion intelligence scale, and Organization efficiency scale. Statistical analyses were adapted by the description of statistics, One-way ANOVA, and Canonical R. The main findings of this research were as follows: 1. Females got higher score than males on emotion intelligence scale, but didn't have statistical difference on organization efficiency measurement. 2. Different educational background of subjects didn't have statistical difference on emotion intelligence, but chiefs of doctor degree got higher score than others on all aspects of organization efficiency. 3. Different administration years of subjects didn't have statistical difference on the measurement of emotion intelligence or organization efficiency. 4. Different administration departments of subjects didn't have statistical difference on emotion intelligence, but the department chiefs of student routine got higher score than college department ones on the degree of school satisfactory. 5. Subjects' emotion intelligence had statistical correlation with organization efficiency.
