本研究以90 年12 月1 日第五屆立法委員選舉候選人政見為研究對象，依據全國各縣市選舉委員會公告之選舉公報中，各候選人所刊載之相關資料及政見，進行內容分析與描述統計，結果如下：一、立法委員各候選人中，所提列之體育運動政見，以「全民休閒體育」相關的D 型（硬體建設）、C 型（活動推展）、CD 型（硬體建設兼具活動推展）分居前三名。二、候選人中有提列體育運動政見者之當選率高於無提列政見者，亦高於總當選率；有體育運動學經歷的候選人之當選率高於無體育運動學經歷之當選率。三、同年齡層的候選人中，以31∼40 歲組提出率最高。四、候選人中，有體育運動學經歷組政見提出率高於無體育運動學經歷組。五、同職業之候選人中，以公教組之體育運動政見提出率最高；各政黨中，體育運動提出率，依序為國民黨、親民黨、民進黨、台灣團結聯盟及其他政黨。六、不同地域的候選人中，體育運動政見提出率由高而低依序為東區（含離島、原住民）、中區、南區、北區。

This study focused on the analysis of the candidates' political viewpoints given in the fifth legislators election on December 1st, 2001. This research applied the descriptive statistic analysis, based on the Election Committee Review of each candidate's related information and politics. The results were as follows： 1.The most policies mentioned in each candidate's politics were type D, type C, and type CD. 2.Having PE and sport background, those candidates, who had proposed the policy of sports activities in their politics, had received higher election rate. 3.Proposing the policy of sports activities, candidates aged from 31 to 40 and with bachelor degrees had received the a higher rate. 4.The rate of propos ing the political viewpoints of physical education and sports from the candidates with PE and sport background were higher than those without the background. 5.The group of government officials and teachers ha d higher rate in presenting such politics; among different political parties, KMT(Kuo-Ming Tang) ranked the highest in presenting such politics. 6.The highest rate of proposing the politics of physical education and sports came to the eastern part of Taiwan and off-island.
