本文主要是說明，護理人員在參與大型活動緊急醫療救護之重要性及準備緊急醫療救護的原則。大型活動由於參加人數的眾多及活動的劇烈，常發生緊急醫療事件，需立即現場處理，以兔造成不可挽回的傷亡。其處理原則包括:活動前，資料的收集與意外的預測;活動中，緊急醫療事件的處理與後送:與活動後，醫療事件的檢討與改進。醫護人員在此情況，除了應有急救的專業訓練外，更應有團隊合作的精神，才能達到大型場合緊急救護的效益。

　　　　　The purpose of this article was to introduce the importance and principles of the nurse role in emergency medical services at mass gatherings. Accidents easily happen in situations when large groups of people are gathering with exciting activities. Delayed medical intervention for accidents may result in an irreversible and life threatening situation. Therefore, equipment preparation and accident prediction before the activity; prompt medical and nursing intervention during the actility; discussion and evaluation after the activity, are the main principles for emergency medical services at mass gatherings. In such circumstances, the efficiency of medical services is reliable for life saving techniques and cooperative attitudes among health team members.
