The purpose of this study was to compromise opinions from the fields of industry, college and research, to analyze employment-oriented technological competencies need by graduates of Electronic Engineering Programs in Junior College of Technology. Those competencies developed may contribute to better program planning and curriculum development. Employing literature review, document analysis, field visit, panel discussion, and questionnaire survey, 12 categories and 93 items of competencies were developed. The competency profiles for junior college of technology were identified.
