本文以問卷調查方式蒐集資料,探討台北市牙醫師購買診療檯之決策意願。首先以因素分析法,萃取出牙醫師於選購牙科診療檯時之評量因素;其次運用聯合分析法,找出牙醫師心目中最佳產品之產品輪廓及評價模式。本文之研究結果,可提供相關產業發展新產品開發及行銷規劃,與政府擬定醫療政策之參考。
In this paper, a questionnaire is used to collect data for investigating dentists’ decision behavior to purchase dental unit. Factor analysis is applied to subtract the evaluation factors of purchasing dental unit. In addition, joint analysis is used to determine the best product profile and evaluation model in the mind of dentists. Consequently, the result of this of this research can be used to suggest the related industries to develop new products and their marketing plan, and the references of medical policy for government.
