General Education fully boosted in Taiwan’s university, collage, and vocational school from September 1984, has elapsed twenty years, the further important goals are said to be shifting from popularization into profundity. The concrete strategy is to issue the normal academic publication offering faculties to announce papers, and regarding that as the communication place of pedagogy and research outcomes. It is one of the feasible gateways to surmount the existing lack of common exchanges and difficulties in upgrading academic degree in the future. The study explores the handle experience of the inaugural edition of “General Education Research Collectives” published by General Education Centre of Kai Nan University in 2002. with discussing to the ideal of the initial stage, suffering sorrows, and enjoying joys, I really hope to benefit the General Education field in Taiwan.
