本文以生物－心理－社會整合模式，對老人心理壓力及因應模式的評估，做全面性的介紹，包括心理發展變化，以及各變化之間的互動。並以重建老人生活重心和生命意義為焦點簡介心理治療相關取向，包括生命回顧、問題解決、人際治療。

Focusing on the rebuilding of a focus for and meaning of life, the article will discuss relevant approaches in psychotherapy, including life review, problem solving, and interpersonal therapy.
