由於專業知識快速與大量的累積,企業運作中專業分工愈來愈細密,愈來愈多企業任務必須靠團隊集眾人的專業才能妥善達成,團隊逐漸成為企業運作中最重要的運作單位,團隊決策效能的研究顯得愈來愈重要。本研究的目的是提出一團隊決策的程序(技術)-深度匯談,並以實驗驗證其在動態決策情境中對促進團隊運作過程品質、提升團隊學習與決策效能的效果。研究結果顯示:使用深度匯談的實驗組比之於控制組:(1)團隊成員對於團隊運作過程中的成員參與程度、決策過程的品質、團隊能力的信賴感、與凝聚力等都有較高的評價;(2)團隊成員更能共享心智模式,使團隊對系統結構有較多的了解,以及能發現本身政策與系統間的互動機制,產生雙環學習;(3)有較高的決策效能。
In business world, team effectiveness has been more and more relevant to business success. This study examined whether dialogue technique facilitated team performance on a dynamically complex decision task. The results indicated that the use of dialogue technique improved team process, evoked double loop learning, and thus increased team decision performance. The dynamics of team performance enhancement through the use of dialogue technique was discussed.
