本研究的目的在於建立女性體脂肪率(BF)和體脂重(BFW)的簡便估計公式,以健康成年女性767名為受試者,年齡為19-87歲,BF為8-49.5%,BFW為3.19-45.36公斤,身體質量指數(BMI)為15.90-35.10kg/m2,所有受試者共分為六組,利用TBF-521體脂肪測量儀檢測體脂肪率;從全體767位受試者隨機抽樣76位做為覆核效度組,其餘的691位受試者進行多元逐步迴歸分析,以BF和BFW作為自變項,而BMI、年齡、體重和身高作依變項,來建立預測BF和BFW的迴歸公式,然後進行覆核效度考驗。結果得到公式為BF=1.68×BMI+0.06×年齡(歲)+0.09×身高(公分)-25.74,R平方為0.55,BF的覆核效度組之實測值和估計值相關係數0.70;BFW=0.71×體重(公斤)-0.24×身高(公分)+0.02×年齡(歲)+13.98,R平方為0.78,BFW的覆核效度組之實測值和估計值相關條數為0.89。本研究所得之兩種公式而言,以BFW來預測女性的身體組成較為合宜。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the predicated formula of the female body fat percentage (BF) and body fat weight (BFW). 767 female subjects, with a wide range in BF of 8-49.5%, BFW of 3.19-45.36kg, body mass index (BMI: 15.9 -35.1 kg/ m2) and an age range of 19-87 years, all the subjects were divided into six age groups. The body fat percentage was determined by anthropometry (TBF-521). The767 subjects were randomly divided into 691 subjects as formula groups and 76 subjects as the ecross-validation group. Multiple stepwise regression was used to analyze the relationship between BFW, BF as the dependent variable and BMI, age, weight and height as independent variables. The BF predicted formula was BF=1.68*BMI+0.06*age+0.09*height-25.74 (R2=0.55). The coefficient of correlation between the real value of the cross - validation group and the estimated value on the BF was 0.70. The BFW predicted formula was BFW=0.71 *weight-0.24*height+0.02*age+ 13.98 (R2=0.78). The coefficient of correlation between the real value of the cross - validation group and the estimated value on the BFW was 0.89. When compared with the values of BF and BFW predicted formulas, BFW prediction formula showed that it gave more valid estimates of body fat weight at all ages than that of BF.
