Bowling is a sport not only with the earmarks of competition, but also of recreation. It's getting popular to the ordinary people because of exercising without restrictions of weather changing and game participants. There are 8 golden and 3 silver medals all together in Hiroshima Asian Games, 1994 and in Bangkok Asian Games, 1998. In those two games, we were in the spotlight because of technical skills in Spinner development. As maintaining our advantages in international games, we should develop field of sport science with avidity and enthusiasm which isn't much operated in Bowling. Most of our athletes just focus on performance grades, not on basic skills and were trained in traditional technique. Although they can reach to acme of their sport life, they can't stand with it for long time. Athletes need to enhance their muscle power, endurance, and coordination to meet the challenges in Bowling. This article attributed by literature review, trying to present magnificent skill progress and muscle training in Bowling.
