科技使用於教與學的歷程,是時代的潮流與趨勢,科技使用有其一定的原則規範,其主要的核心理念即是以「學習者為中心」的學習,重視的是「知識的建構」而非「知識的教學」,教師對於科技的使用,除應有正確的理念與積極的態度外,更應掌握科技的適用時機與其應用的心理學原則,注意新科技的特性與限制,兼顧個人主義與社群主義,方能促發有效的學習活動與學生的內在學習動機,發揮資訊科技的效益,以因應知識經濟時代的來臨。

The process of applying technology to teaching and learning is a trend in this age. There are certain principles and rules while using technology. The main core concept of technology is “learner-center” learning and values “knowledge construction” instead of “knowledge teaching.” When applying technology, teachers not only have correct notion and active attitude, but also master the suitable timing of technology, apply its psychological principles, pay attention to traits and limits of new technology, and consider both individualism and collectivism.
