目前在網路學習管理系統上以線上即時授課模式進行教材內容講授或小組分組討論的個案及相關研究並不多。學習管理系統結合IP-Based視訊會議系統與全螢營擷取即時串流播放系統這兩類新科技媒體，可以實弄步式線上即時授課的理想。這個環境下，師生、同儕之間可以在授課的過程中進行互動，發揮多媒體豐富的表現能力達到傳統課堂教學即時回饋的優點。本研究提討線上即時授課的教學流程，透過參與觀線上即時授課及教學相關人物的訪談，發事網路即時授課實施過程所遭遇的問題，針對這些問題提出解決方案。此外，本研並就線上即時授課時，所進行之教材內容講授、分組討論與結論報告來設計標準作業程序，對即時線上課的教師面、助教面與學生面相關運用要領提出建議。 如果圖書館能夠將豐遝的館藏內容轉化為e-Learning的線上課程，相信將更能夠有效的提高使用者善用圖書館的內容與資訊服。未來數位化圖書館的發展將越來越成熟，這意味著正親自到圖書館去使用資訊服的人會相對的減少，如果圖書館員能蜩在線上數位課程裡也使用同步互動的能來舉辦書評演講，愛書者讀書會，使用者經驗分享等線上活動，一定能夠再度吸引使用者經常進入數位圖書館。因本研所探討的問題與提供的方法可以提供給所有從事這類同步活動的圖書館員一個非常好的參考。

According to the literature survey, there are still very few research focusing on the online live instruction in e-learning. By integrating IP-Based video conferencing system and full screen capture with live streaming broadcast system into an LMS, instructors can provide online live instructions. In this kind of environment, teachers and students can do two-way interaction just like in conventional classroom. This study explore the process of online live instructions and provided solutions for the encountered problems. SOP (Standardized Operation Procedures) are developed on how to conduct course’s online lecturing and group online live discussion & oral report presentations. Suggestions about online live instruction for teachers, teaching assistants and students are also included.
