這篇論文主要透過文獻分析及問卷調查法歸納電子書應具有的功能，並依照系統化教學設計製作一本功能完善而能應用於教育的電子書，而且由國小教師進行總結性評量。根據問卷調查，我們發現國小教師認為電子教科書必須具備：可讀性的內容、動畫、語音、和註解等等功能。根據這些需求，以及電子書原本所應具備的功能，我們製作一個功能完整且具有實用價值的電子書。

In this paper, we presented the required characteristics and functions in the electronic books according to the results of document analysis and questionnaire survey. Following the process of instruction system design (ISD), we implemented an electronic book and the main topic included hea1th education of elementary schools.
