The study is mainly aimed at analyzing the dimension of organization, job, and person to explore the demand for the national universities in promoting instructors the educational training and carries out a research by using literature, interviews, and role-plays. As a result, because of going toward diversifying, autonomy, internationalization, community for the national university education, the expectation of the society for the duty of national universities instructors working on teaching, researching, and servicing is getting higher. According to present instructors' performance, they stress on researching and ignore teaching, and they couldn't meet students' expectation in teaching contents and teaching approaches, and lack cultivation of life ethics and correct view of value. Rather, in researching the problem of academic ethics also appears. In their servicing, lack of incentive and practical skills also looms. The national university instructors must be subjected to actually fulfilling the task of teaching, researching, and servicing, when they enjoy the environment of academic freedom. Thus, they should promote the training. Finally, the author raises four propositions for national universities in promoting instructors educational training to suggest the following-up researchers.
