在追求全球化市場競爭優勢下，現代企業需整合內部的品質、環境及職業安全議題的挑戰於其管理系統中。品質、環境及職業安全三管理系統整合之趨勢已在文獻中廣泛被討論，然而整合系統的績效評估方法則較少被論及。本文的績效評估架構是針對ISO 9000、ISO 14001及OHSAS 18001三系統之整合系統而提出的，利用德爾菲法及層級分析法來架構績效評估的系統，得出的結果可用來鑑別重要的績效指標並將之排序。最後利用一個實務的學習案例比較整合管理系統績效評估之應用情形。

To pursuit the economic success in the globalization, a modern enterprise needs to integrate the challenges of quality, environmental concerns, and occupational safety issues into its management system. The trend of integrated management of three systems is widely discussed in the literature. However, there is scarce discussion on the performance evaluation of the integrated system. This paper proposed a framework, which was modified from the Delphi method and analytical hierarchy process, to evaluate the performance of the integrated system of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The results show that the proposed method could be used to identify the important performance indicators and rank their priority. A real case study was conducted and compared the performance of the integrated management system.
