使用創意認知的概念,本研究提出研究設計創意的方法,研究成果為一套可以測量設計過程中創意產出的可能性的方法,運用口語資料中不同認知層面的資料,以及創意發展階段預先發想結構(PSEP),測量創新、價值和無法預期性。結果證明有經驗的設計師能較快速地激發其創造力,而且可以將設計過程的一半時間花費在創意發展上。DCOCS編碼系統與PSEP比例也展示出其測量設計過程創意的能力。最後本研究討論傳統與數位媒材對於合作式設計創意的影響,以及未來的研究方向。
