  特殊教育季刊正式邁入100期,本文除了回顧特教季刊過去的貢獻外,也提供未來編輯走向的參考,包括一、要能反應時代脈動與巨觀面;二、本土化特殊教育的建議;三、是否爭取進入TSSCI的省思。
  When celebrating the publication for the 100th issue of Special Education Quarterly, it’s the time to review the contributions of this periodical in the past and look forward its future. Three expectations were presented for this periodical, including the needs to reflect to the age phenomenon, to develop the local style of special education and the goal for listing on TSSCI.
