本文探討學術著作的管理與分享機制，並依據此一機制研究規劃可行的系統架構。將特定學術領域範圍內學者個人的相關著作，以及該學者所蒐錄的相關文獻資料形成該研究領域的文獻知識集，將此一知識集所收錄的文獻資料分享給其他學者，以簡化學者資料蒐集的步驟與來源；並提供親和性的文獻寫作輔助功能。此系統不僅加速學術研究的發展與便利的學術著作分享管道，亦可增加個人學術著作的可見度，進而提升個人學術著作被引用的機率。

This article is primarily concerned with the management and the share mechanism of academic works. A feasible approach to the mechanism is presented accordingly. The systematic structure compiles records and personal publications of specific domains collected by individual scholars to form a knowledge set for other scholars to use as reference. It not only simplifies the process of data collection, but also provides user-friendly paper-writing functions through the assistance of the system, in order to improve the system's overall research capacity to accelerate academic development and provide a convenient share channel for scholarly publications. With the help of the new system, there has been a marked increase in the circulation and cited frequency of academic works.
