摘 要 本研究宗旨在探析「清靜經」之實質內涵，並由作者生活體驗與感悟偶得，嘗試 提出三點討論及及六項建議，期待賢達及先進們的指正後，或有機會提供我們大家日 常生活參考之用。 在「清靜經」實質內涵方面，「清靜經全文」、「清靜經相關名詞解釋」、「清 靜經二十四章各章之白話釋義」、「清靜經全文之白話譯文」、「清靜經總論概要」 等五項層面角度剝析說明。

Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the real contents on Ching-Jing Sutra in Daoism. The author derives five dimensions to describe the contents on Ching-Jing Sutra. And from the easily-understood living awareness and the living experiences ,the author proposes three points of discussions and presents six aspects of suggestions. It is expected that they could be put in open arena for continuous revisions. Afterwards, they might be served as practical references for modernized human beings living in the global society nowadays.
