　　本研究配合經濟部中小企業處知識管理在中小企業之應用計畫，希望為受輔導廠商的知識管理建構績效指標，使其能了解知識管理工作的進行狀況，以作為後續改進的參考。本研究共分為兩部份，第一階段為透過相關文獻資料，整理出知識管理在專案與文件管理之應用的績效指標；第二階段則利用德爾菲方法，整合專家意見，產生理論端及實務端結合的績效指標，可做為評估知識管理工作執行狀況的指標。
　　This research cooperates with the knowledge management (KM) project in Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs to construct the performance indicator of knowledge management in Small and Medium Enterprises. We hope the results providing the measurement indexes and reference for follow-up improvement to Small and Medium Enterprises which are consulted to introduce KM. This research is executed by two steps. The first step is to summary the performance measurement for project management and document management in the introduction of knowledge management via literature review. In the second step, we utilize Delphi method to combine expert opinion. The performance indicators for functions of project management and document management, created on the basis of theory and practice, can be used for assess the effectiveness of knowledge management implementation.
