Till now, rugby has been developed for more than a hundred years. The strategies of kicking skills have become the part to quickly win games in modern rugby games. In fact, the scoring efficiency is now highlighted continuously in modern rugby sports. Thus, excellent kicking skills and strategies have become an imperative part. However, in view of the modern rugby, players do not perform excellently. This research is aimed to understand and prove that the utilization of kicking skills has become the critical part for winning games through the discussion and analysis of scientific lectures. Every rugby team should be vested with more excellent skills in kicking with more strategy alternations and applications available so that rugby teams can win games with the best pay-off received through training efforts. The posture factors for successful kicking mean the highest impacting speed reached by muscle applications in correct orders. The speed for the kicking foot to touch rugby balls is exactly the successful performance of kicking. The best kicking postures can be divided into (1) approaching, (2) ball catching and ball releasing, (3) trunk moving speed, (4) the function of supporting foot, (5) the function of ball impact and (6) the follow-up of trunk gravity center.
