傳統之規劃準則法(Planning Criteria Method)係使用相關規劃準則以評比規劃提案,對每一項規劃準則給予分數,最後加總各項得分作為整體分數為排序的依據,此方法簡單易操作,但規劃準則缺乏權重值的考量,極可能導致評價結果不夠精確。 灰關聯模式係探討相關序列間之關聯程度,由不同序列間之關聯程度可建立灰關聯矩陣,進而利用特徵值方法可計算特徵向量與求出各項指標不同程度之權重。在所有序列中只取某一目標序列為參考序列,其他序列為比較序列時,稱為「局部性灰關聯度」;反之,若所有序列均可作為參考序列則稱為「整體性灰關聯度」。本文探討利用整體性灰關聯度中之灰關聯序,以其灰關聯序之大小建立景觀生態規劃方案較為客觀之優先順序評選方式,可提供決策者評選出較優之景觀生態規劃方案。
Traditional Methods of Planning Criteria use relational planning criteria to evaluate planning projects, make a score to each planning criteria, and finally to list different projects according to the order of total scores. This method is simple and easy to operate, bat lack of weights when considering of planning criteria will result to not accurate in evaluated result. Grey relational model is to investigate the relational grade of different series. By means of the relational grade can establish the grey relational matrix, farther on basis of method of eigen value can calculate the eigen vector and weights of each indicators. When choose only one target series as reference series, and other series as compared series, this method is called ”localization grey relational grade”. And if all the series can also be viewed as reference series, then that method is called ”globalization grey relational grade”. This paper investigated how to acquire the grey relational order according to the globalization relational grade, and on the basis of the grey relational order we can not only evaluate projects of landscape ecological planning more objectively, but also help the superior to make decision.
