Since the later period of Ching Dynasty, western missionary appeared in China as the stars in multitude. Among them, inclusive of pious preachers, charitable and educational business devotees as well as the cultural circulation dedicators, were noticed. Richard Wilhelm was one of the representatives of the missionary in China. As a member of the Weimar Mission in Germany, Wilhelm visited in China as a preacher, absorbed refinedly into the Chinese traditional culture after decades of years, and eventually became the follower of Confucianism. By the same token, he also embodied himself as a rich cultural carrier to radiate the energy of Chinese culture for the Western society He properly performed a bridge between the Oriental and Occidental culture spread, and was dubbed as an envoy of two different worlds.
