題名:個案分析女子網球單打正式比賽之運動強度

本研究的目的是要探討女子網球單打正式比賽中之運動強度。受試者為一位優秀女子網球甲組選手(年齡20歲,身高167公分,體重62公斤),參加2006大專校院運動會女子網球甲組單打競賽,並獲得第七名之佳績。受試者於賽前三天進行跑步機最大運動能力測試,來量測並估算其心跳率(HR)與氧攝取量(VO2)的線性迴歸程式,並於每場比賽時以數位錄影機全程監錄,且要求受試者穿戴無線遙測心率儀,同步量測紀錄整個比賽過程中之比賽過程與心跳率的變化,以用來估算單位時間之氧攝取量。結果顯示受試者最大攝氧量(VO(下標 2max))為42.98 mL•kg^(-1)•min^(-1),而HR與VO2之線性迴歸程式為VO2=0.2979(上標 *) HR-15.246(R^2=0.91)。受試者在四天錦標賽中共進行了46局比賽,每局平均心跳率為158.0±10.4次/分(估算為73.5±6.4% VO(下標 2max)),每局最高心跳率為166.3±10.9次/分(估算為79.8±7.6%VO(下標 2max)),最低心跳率為148.4±10.8次/分(估算為67.4±7.5% VO(下標 2max))。本研究驗證女子網球單打比賽每局比賽之運動強度大約是80% VO(下標 2max),而最高與最低之運動強度變化大而迅速,且受試者在贏球局的最大與平均心跳率皆顯著較輸球局為高(p<0.05)。因此網球女子單打選手需適度而激烈之專項體能訓練,以增進臨場運動表現與獲勝機率。
The aim of this study was to examine the exercise intensity for women's singles match during an official event. One elite female tennis athlete (20 years old, height 167 cm, weight 62 kg) joined an official singles championship and won the 7(superscript th) finally. A maximal exercise test on treadmill was conducted to measure the physiological profile and calculated the linear regression between heart rate (HR) and VO2 uptake before the event. Afterwards, Digital video and HR were recorded continuously during each match to determine the intensity and estimate the VO2 uptake. Results showed that the VO2 uptake for this subject during maximal exercise test was 42.98 mL•kg^(-1)•min^(-1). The equation for HR and VO2 uptake was VO2=0.2979(superscript *) HR-15.246 (R^2=0.91). During this event, subject underwent four sets which included 46 games. The mean HR during each game was 158.0±10.4 beat per minute (bpm) (almost to 73.5±6.4% VO(subscript 2max)). The maximum HR during each game was 166.3±10.9 bpm (almost to 79.8±7.6% VO(subscript 2max)). The minimum HR during each game was 148.4±10.8 bpm (almost to 67.4±7.5% VO(subscript 2max)). It is concluded that the average highest and lowest physiological demands during each game were changed drastically and rapidly. In addition, the maximal HR and mean HR in won games were significantly higher than that in lost games during this official event (p<0.05).
