Innovation management was breeder of competitive advantage, the Taiwan's industries of OEM how to face wave of innovation are very important issues. The tailoring industry is faced with competition of global market. The purpose of this study is to present evidence that the innovation management effect on competitive advantage. This research used single case study method to discuss the innovation management effect on the competitive advantage, and the practicality of the innovation management is demonstrated through Makalot to show how to focalize core competence of OEM in the globalization market. This study finds that Makalot integration of process management, process innovation and innovation of business model to redefinition value of reengineering. In conclusion, open global logistics model have to acquisition of equation and content oneself with coagent to be provided with competitive advantage in supply chain. This study may lead to a better understanding of innovation management in OEM industries.
