The aims of this study was to discuss the effect of different form image training on tennis forehand stroke skill performance. There are 34 subjects (average height=165.4±8.72cm; average weight=57±11.53kg; average age=21.4±1.85yr) of Pingtung Education University, and they never accepted any training of tennis skill and image training before. They were assigned randomly into visual imagery group and audio imagery group. The experimental operations had lasted for four weeks, each week 2 times, each time 50 minute. With two-way trend analysis to test the different groups and progressive learning a few weeks to learn the state, and the mixed-design two-way ANOVA test conducted, to test and verify the diverseness of each groups, the significance level subscribes for α=.05. The findings pointed out that, external visual image and internal kinesthesia image in tennis skill study performance are not different; but after the image training involvement, the external visual image and the internal kinesthesia image all appears the progress tendency.
