題名:國際數學與科學教育成就趨勢調查(TIMSS)之「脈絡-歷程-結果」分析--以2003年數學成就為例

經濟合作暨發展組織主辦的「國際學生評量計畫」近年來在國際間引起熱烈的討論與關注,其主要目的在測量學生完成義務教育時,面對未來生活挑戰所須具備的知能。我國學生在2006年的評量表現優異,有人將其歸功於國內數理教育改革的成效,但也有人對測驗結果的解釋與推論持保留態度。究竟「國際學生評量計畫」在評量什麼能力?用何種題型來測量?其分數所能傳達的意涵為何?我們能從中學到什麼?本文採取文件分析方法,以2006年國際學生評量計畫(PISA 2006)為主要對象,對於測驗設計的基本理念、內涵與架構、以及試題特色進行深入分析,並剖析此類大型測驗在結果的解釋與應用上引起的爭議,最後並提出對我國教育的啟示。
