養成規律運動習慣,有助於促進健康、提昇體適能、提高體內抗氧化能力及預防許多慢性疾病的發生,對國民健康、降低醫療及社會成本支出有極大的助益,然而,競技運動員為了提昇運動表現,從事運動之訓練頻率和強度均較一般人為激烈,易造成細胞氣化性傷害及肌肉損傷。本文將探討激烈運動(持續性高強度運動訓練或參與長時間運動項目)所造成之氣化壓力與肌肉損傷的原因,並以血液生化指標作為評估與監控身體機能及賽前調整之依據,冀望提昇運動之表現。
