本文旨在介紹判斷本位評量的內涵及其信效度，以提供另一評量特殊需求學生的方法與實施建議。在面對評量困難或無法施測之幼童時，專業人員或特教教師可藉由幼童多元資料的蒐集（包括標準化測驗、非標準化測驗、觀察及訪談等）及其他各種的評量方式，採用臨床專業判斷的方式，爲學生做出正確的教育診斷。
