This study is aim to investigate the relationship between expatriated training of supervisor and performance of oversea subsidiaries. Managerial philosophy of peace culture is utilized as a moderator to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The supervisors who are going to expatriate to the multination enterprises of America, Japan, and Taiwan in China were selected as the respondents of this research. In the period of 2006-2008, this study totally sampled 450 supervisors of oversea subsidiaries in China. The finding suggests that positive relationship exists between expatriated training of supervisor and performance of oversea subsidiaries in China. Managerial philosophy of peace culture also has positive impact on the relationship between independent and dependent variables. More theoretical contributions and managerial implications are discussed in conclusion.
