目的:本研究目的旨在探討自費健檢民眾選擇健檢中心時考量之因素。方法:本研究利用問卷調查中、南部地區四家醫院附設之健檢中心,共計發放問卷400份,有效回收問卷共310份,有效樣本回收率77.5%。資料分析採用SPSS 15.0版統計分析軟體與EXCEL 2003進行,分析方法爲:次數分配、平均數、信度分析、缺口理論。結果:信度分析結果,在重要度與滿意度之信度分別爲0.987、0.964。經過傳統方法、改良方法以及缺口理論法的排名之後,發現民眾考量之因素是以考慮「先進的健檢儀器設備」、「醫師的專業能力」、「護理人員的專業能力」、「健檢環境中的清潔考量」與「護理人員的態度親切有禮」等五項因素爲主。結論:本研究建議透過醫護人員、人際互動加強宣導;或增加健檢的便利性,提供更便利的健檢管道;更可落實家庭醫師制度,與民眾建立良好的互動關係,進而鼓勵民眾接受健康檢查。

Objectives: This study concentrated on factors affecting the choice of a self-pay health examination center. Methods: This research utilized questionnaires in four health-examination center hospitals in central Taiwan. Questionnaires were submitted to 400 patients; 310 questionnaires were completed, yielding a response rate of 77.5 percent. The data was statistically analyzed using frequencies, means, reliability, and gap theory with SPSS 15.0 and EXCEL 2003. Results: Factors were ranked by traditional methods, modified methods, and gap theory. Results of reliability, and Cronbach's α for the importance and satisfaction subscales, were 0.987 and 0.964, respectively, The top five factors in choosing a health examination center were "progressive facilities," "doctors" specialty," "nurses' specialty," "hygienic environment," and "courteous nursing staff." Conclusions: This research suggests that medical facilities promote themselves by interacting with the media, educating medical personnel, and focusing on interpersonal relations. Increasing the convenience of health examinations and providing more checkups establishes a positive interactive relationship between patients and family doctors. This relationship encourages patients to adopt positive attitudes toward health examinations.
