本研究根據語用選擇測試(MDCT, Hudson, Detmer & Brown, 1995)理論和方法,自編25題語用選擇測試問卷,調查海南省海口市部分行業從業人員對於日常和諧交際的語用看法,期望問卷調查結果能夠凝聚眾人的共識,找出大多數人認同的和諧交際表達方式,通過語用學理論的論證分析,以便能夠為社會提供日常和諧交際語用範式。研究結果表明:不同群體的填答者在各題的語用選擇上存在差異,性別因素在語用選擇上差異最小;工作性質因素在語用選擇上形成的差異最多;受教育程度因素對語用的選擇也存在差異。大部分人都遵循禮貌原則、合作原則和負面子準則,儘量用語得體。對這些差異的分析和研究,為人們創建不同群體的和諧交際範式提供了重要依據。
Using a 25-item multiple discourse completion test developed by the researchers, this pilot study aims to investigate the participants' opinions toward harmonious communication in Haiko City, Hainan, and investigate the views those participants regard as appropriate to communicate with others. Data from the survey showed that there were differences among different demographic groups, such as genders, education, etc. Most of them practice politeness principles, cooperative principles, negative face principle and appropriate utterance. Through the statistical and theoretical analysis, the results will suggest an example for harmonious communication.
