The blind baseball sport has been developed for thirteen years in Taiwan. The participators (include visual impairments and sighted) did not increase but decrease. The lack of the field and equipments and the inconvenient traffic were contributed to the decreased participation. This study was aimed to review the successful experience in American and try to find the efficacious guiding principle to improve the situation in Taiwan. Not only the visual impairments but their family can be encouraged to do the outdoor activities. The blind baseball sport can be the bridge between visual impairments and sighted, and train up the regular exercise habits. Then, everyone can be equaled.
