This study is aimed to realize the relationship between collegial students' health fitness self-sense and sports involvement, on the other hand, to develop a well reliable, valid, and easy fitness self-sense scale. In the pre-test, the subjects were 220 undergraduate students being selected from Chaoyang University of Technology. Through exploratory factor analysis, four dimensional concepts was confirmed in the model and named as ”Flexibility Fitness”, ”Aerobic Fitness”, ”Muscle Fitness”, and ”Body Composition”. In the formal test, there were 1048 college students from 12 public and private Taiwan institutions being selected for the study. All subjects were divided into two groups randomly. The first group was examined by confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed four latent variables were well inner structure and all indexes of goodness-of-fit reached the standard of acceptance. The model is reliable, valid, and effective. With canonical correlation analysis, the second group was used to check the relationship between health fitness self-sense and sports involvement for collegial students. It showed there were significant relationship between collegial students' health fitness self-sense and the orientation of sports involvement.
