本研究旨在瞭解大專學生的健康適能自我知覺與其運動涉入傾向之關連,並發展一具有良好信、效度的簡易健康適能自我知覺量表。預試時以朝陽科技大學220位大學部學生做爲對象,以探索性因素分析確認體適能自我知覺量表之模式,共抽取四個主要因素,且將其命名爲「柔軟適能」、「有氧適能」、「肌肉適能」及「身體組成」等構面。正式施測時,共抽取全國12所公私立大專院校1048名在學學生作爲研究對象,將其隨機區分爲兩組,一組以驗證性因素分析進行檢測,結果顯示模式中四個潛在變項結構良好,適配度及內部結構均通過接受標準,具有良好建構信度與效度,爲一有效的模式。另一組以典型相關分析大專學生體適能自我知覺與其運動涉入傾向的關連性,結果顯示大專學生的健康適能自我知覺與其運動涉入傾向有明顯的關連性存在。
This study is aimed to realize the relationship between collegial students' health fitness self-sense and sports involvement, on the other hand, to develop a well reliable, valid, and easy fitness self-sense scale. In the pre-test, the subjects were 220 undergraduate students being selected from Chaoyang University of Technology. Through exploratory factor analysis, four dimensional concepts was confirmed in the model and named as ”Flexibility Fitness”, ”Aerobic Fitness”, ”Muscle Fitness”, and ”Body Composition”. In the formal test, there were 1048 college students from 12 public and private Taiwan institutions being selected for the study. All subjects were divided into two groups randomly. The first group was examined by confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed four latent variables were well inner structure and all indexes of goodness-of-fit reached the standard of acceptance. The model is reliable, valid, and effective. With canonical correlation analysis, the second group was used to check the relationship between health fitness self-sense and sports involvement for collegial students. It showed there were significant relationship between collegial students' health fitness self-sense and the orientation of sports involvement.
