我們主要目的是設計一智能健身車來協助使用者減輕體重,輸入使用者身體參數後,塑身系統可以計算出使用者BMI與BMR等參數分析使用者身體狀況,且提供使用者訓練的建議,然後建議所需攝取的卡路里。而本塑身系統整合了健身車,嵌入式系統,智能塑身軟體,心電圖感測器電路,資料庫伺服器系統和圖形化使用者界面,使用者可以監測運動時的心率,與精神疲勞與計算運動消耗的卡路里,和騎乘的距離。而本系統採用健身計劃是建議使用者每星期運動4次,每次40分鐘,練習4週的時間,訓練強度為60-80%的最大心率。在實驗中有十個自願測試者接受塑身系統測試,年齡在20至45歲,在經過測試的結果,使用本健身系統的使用者練習四周之後平均從68公斤減少到65.8公斤。
Hence, the major purpose of this project is to design an intelligent fitness bike for reducing weight., our proposed system can calculate user current BMI and BMR, provide users exercise suggestion, and then suggest the intake of calories. Since our system is to integrate the fitness bike, embedded system, intelligent fitness software, ECG device, database system, and graph user interface, therefore, users can monitor ones exercising heart rate, spirit fatigue calculate calories, and riding distance. Our training program is that 4 times each week, 40 minutes each time, 4 weeks period, and training strength to be 60-80% of the maximum heart rate. Then, age of the tested 10 persons is 20-to-45-year-olds. From our results indicate that the users, who use our fitness system, can reduce his weight from average 68.0 Kg down to 65.8 Kg.
