隨著人類壽命的延長,骨質疏鬆症已成為現今公共衛生關注的健康議題。目前對於骨質疏鬆症的預防與治療除了藥物療法及改善生活型態外,近年來運動治療更日益備受重視,其中以振動式運動訓練是防止骨質密度流失最安全且有效的運動策略;但確切的治療成效及訓練處方,仍須進一步探究。基於此,本文藉由文獻回顧方式介紹振動式運動訓練預防與治療骨質疏鬆症的成效,隨後提出適當的振動式運動訓練策略。從文獻分析結果發現高頻率(10~30Hz)、低振幅(0.5~3mm)的振動式運動訓練策略具有促進肌力、平衡能力及防止骨質密度流失等效益,以降低跌倒及骨折的風險性;冀望藉由本文的論述提供公共衛生及復健醫學相關單位作為預防與治療骨質疏鬆症危險因素之參考。
