論文摘要 消防人員既有的健康問題會影響其個人生命及職場安全，本研究就消防人員身 心健康管理規劃目標，探討包括潛在影響健康的疾病本身與其風險成因，身體體適 能、心理等自主健康行為，以及消防單位一個有效的綜合健康計畫建置，維護身心 健康之行政策略等內容，藉以建議我國消防機關未來規劃健康計畫與實施策略方向。
