題名:愷他命的檢驗方法--串聯式液相層析質譜儀之探討

論文摘要 藥物濫用一直是台灣治安防治上一項很重要的項目,因此反毒工作一直都是國 家政府不可避免的責任。近來年,由於各執法機關積極查緝毒品,如海洛因、嗎啡 以及安非他命等毒品,使其來源遭受斷阻,藥物取得不易,此外加上現代人對藥物 特性的瞭解更為透徹,使得原本一些具有幻覺副作用的醫學用藥,竟成了新一代的 濫用藥物,其中愷他命(ketamine)就是一種現代新興的濫用藥物。然而隨著科技 的日新月異、網路四通八達,資訊流通快速,對於新興藥物的傳遞具有推波助瀾的 效應,因此發展更新、更快速、更精確且具科學根據的檢驗方法,是有助於嚇阻藥 物濫用的擴大。本文旨在介紹最新的分析儀器串聯式液相層析質譜儀檢驗分析的原 理、方法、技術及其運用在濫用藥物愷它命檢驗分析上的可能性探討,發展出更佳 的檢驗技術。
