Production Activity Control (PAC) is the final link of enterprise manufacturing planning and operation in the field, and plays a critical role in manufacturing efficiency. In view of the current enterprises, we study the problems on system analysis, the characteristics of the operation process and the source and process of PAC based on our analysis on the PAC and the scheduling process, and advice on the corresponding evaluation standards and control measures.
