Since 2008, the Advanced Research Park was planned and constructed to be a science park to target and develop high-tech RD & "cultural & creative" industries. Compared to high-tech R&D, the development of "the cultural & creative" industry was confronted with setbacks in industry clustering and business opportunities due to many elements such as the backwash effect of China market, talent and industry migration, and late start in planning. How to solve the dilemma will be the most important issue for the Park and Taiwan to develop "cultural & creative" industry in the future.
