定性分析是一種運用質化的方法對事物進行探究的過程,而運動教練的日常訓練工作中就涉及了許多質化內容的收集與整理。力學模式是一種運動技術定性分析的研究方法,相當適合運用在競技體操專項訓練中,研究結果可作為選手調整動作技術的依據。建立合理的力學模式,在分析過程中應謹慎處理參與人員、影片拍攝、結果運用及人員溝通等相關事項。從事競技體操技術指導時可透過建立力學模式圖作為觀察動作的參照點,對照現場以及影片觀察所發現不合理之處找出錯誤原因,並針對缺點加以評估及提出改進的途徑及優先順序。相信透過此一研究方法能提供競技體操指導者更多訊息,同時將研究結果直接運用在調整專項技術訓練上,有助益於改善選手的動作技術。
The qualitative analysis is a process of using qualitative methods to study things of our interest. An Ordinary duty of an athletic coach involves much of the said process, especially with regards to observing "the quality" of performance. One particular suitable way of conducting qualitative studies in coaching of competitive gymnastics is to utilize biomechanical methods, by studying the observed information and providing the study outcome as guidance for gym athletes to refine their skills. To construct a sound procedure of qualitative analysis, notice should be put on the personnel involved, recording techniques, interpretation of the results and communication between the persons involved. In coaching gymnastic technical routines, we can first build up a mechanical model as reference, and then based on real-time observations and post-analysis on recorded data to point out flaws and deduce the causes, evaluate the flawed movements and mark out pathways and priorities in the corrective strategy chosen. We believe that through this structural procedure, coaches could gain more insights in understanding performances, and research outcomes would also be more directly connected with the actual training applications, and help advancing performance level.
