Baseball, emphasized team work is cooperated each sudden decision making, arrangement and detail in order to make significant influence in the fields. Such as the team sport, performance evaluation of individual player might not be appropriately evaluated by wins or loses of the team. Hence, researchers used lecture review, expertise interview, in addition to develop an appraised structure of multi criteria decision making model for Chinese Professional Baseball League' fielders by Analytical Hierarchy Process. The normalized eigenvector of each matrix scales the fielders with regard to that criterion and the overall scale was constructed by weighting the scales of all the criteria. The weights of the criteria were also extracted from a judgment matrix of pairwise comparisons between two criteria. The results showed the hitting, team contributions, defensive abilities, mental, personal reputation were the five major criteria of fielders. The defensive capability was the most important criterion, and the defensive rate was the most important sub-criterion. As results, these will be important consolations for managers to improve management efficiency and realistic implement.
