本文針對孫吳創業集團的構成及其社會基礎進行考察，以為孫吳政權內部的社會構成， 包括了孫堅、孫策父子創業元從成員、賓旅寄寓之士、吳會大族等三部分。其中，孫權 之所以能迅速揮別孫策猝死陰霾而有效承繼統事，即端賴其父兄創業元從成員如程普、 黃蓋等，及以張昭、周瑜等為首之「賓旅寄寓之士」的支持，適時地成為其臨危求穩的 重要力量。

The purpose of this paper is to study the regime composition of the social forces of Sun-Wu in the Three Kingdoms. Concluded that social forces in the regime, including the followers of Sun-Jian and his son Sun-Ce, and those result of seeking shelter moved to Jiangnan, and local big clan. Later, when Sun-Ce sudden death, Sun-Quan was able to quickly stabilize the political situation, in addition to rely on the followers of Sun-Jian and Sun-Ce, such as Cheng-Pu, Huang-Gai, and to obtain moved to Jiangnan Scholars support, such as Zhao, Zhou Yu.
