The purpose of this study was to construct the performance evaluation indicators for the University Football League Games in order to be a tool to examine the quality of games hosting. The Delphi method was utilized for data collection and analysis. The Delphi questionnaires were given to eleven experts including academia, Universities Football League staff and experienced coaches. The study period was from May 2008 to January 2009. The study found that there were three dimensions of the performance evaluation criteria, which included “the application for organization and resource,” “management of event,” and “effectiveness of promoting.” Furthermore, there were fifty-eight indicators. The conclusion was that indicators constructed from this study would be able to apply to performance evaluation for the University Football League Games and other University League Games.
