體能是人們應付日常生活、工作⋯⋯等應具備的各種身體能力,而良好的體能訓練,更是桌球運動員技術、戰術與締造優異成績的根基。利用新興肌力訓練器材─彈力帶來進行青少年桌球運動員之阻力訓練優點有價格低廉、使用簡單、活動性大、不依賴重力為阻力和可隨時隨地使用。在世界各國運動競技好手的年齡不斷下降之際,探討提升我國少年與青少年運動選手重要身體素質相關的肌力訓練研究與論述,卻非常鮮少,且多數國際文獻與學術研究機構,逐漸驗證肌力訓練對少年與青少年有正向助益。所以本文針對桌球運動項目與肌肉功能、肌肉適能的關係,及肌力訓練的模式與效益等方面,進行論述。更進一步的,以彈力帶的肌力訓練為主,進行桌球運動的肌肉傳遞模式之介紹,以作為未來青少年桌球選手在肌力訓練的建議與範例。
Physical fitness is the capability that the individuals deal with daily life, work, and so on, better fitness training is the fundamental for physical skills, tactics, and outstanding winning results for the table tennis athletes. The advantages in applying the elastic band strength of new muscle training equipment for young table tennis athletes in resistance training are affordable, easy to use, wide range of motion, and anytime usable. The age of excellent athletics has decreased around the world, however, the researches and literatures focused on body components related in muscular training of junior athletes and young people in our country are not many, on the other hand, there are many international literatures, academic and research institutions gradually validating the strength training of juvenile and young people are helpful. This study aimed the discussions and relationships of muscular functions, fitness, training model, and beneficial in table tennis, more, the muscular transportations by the elastic band training were introduced; finally, the conclusions were that the persistence of applying elastic band for muscular training could influence the physical condition and promote the related skills in youth table tennis athletes.
