近年來,雲端運算(Cloud Computing)成為各家資訊大廠紛紛投入資源的重點之一。隨著顧客類型及其需求不同,雲端運算也發展出各種類型的服務模式。然而,形成一種雲端運算的資訊服務,後端需有數量龐大的專利支持,而其內容包含大量專業領域的詞彙,再加上雲端運算產業之定義尚不明確,這些原因往往造成專利工程師無法有效率地收集和分析雲端運算專利的困擾。有鑑於此,本研究提出以訴訟專利搜尋珍珠專利,配合複合式分區專利檢索策略,檢索出完整的雲端運算專利。續採文字探勘工具,配合熵值的應用,以篩選出雲端運算三類商業模式的關鍵詞。分析結果顯示,本研究植基於文字探勘的分析流程,可正確搜尋出雲端運算相關的專利,並將之分類至所屬之商業模式。本研究之分析流程與結果,可提供專利工程師或相關研究工作者,進行專利閱讀及分析時的重要參考。
With the rise of the cloud computing industry, many of the IT manufactures have rushed into the market recently. Cloud computing is not only critical to the development of the related industry, but also to the entire competitiveness of the country. However, so far, there is not much literature about the patent analysis of cloud computing. The study proposed a composite patent retrieval method with the aid of text mining to obtain the patents of cloud computing; and using the concept of entropy analysis to classify the retrieved patents into three business models of cloud computing. The results of the study show that by the proposed analysis process, this study can extract patents of three cloud computing business models which can provide the reference of research and development for enterprises with intent to enter the cloud computing industry.
