The main purpose of this study is to take service industry as an example to explore the difference of the factors for selecting employees between service industry and fresh graduates, and examining the its degree of importance and satisfaction. Using "Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)" method for "Multiple Criteria Decision Making" establish the factors that enterprises select qualified employee, and rank the factors by importance by calculating their weight and priority. The results of this study and related analysis can be a reference for service entrepreneurs when hiring new employees. Research expect government and education institutions develop policies which enhance the fresh graduate's ability for work, and reduce the rate of their unemployment. The research derived the standard the rank of TOPSIS by analyzing the questionnaire. The result shows that the experts of service industry think job seekers need to be more active, and strengthen their sense of responsibility and pressure resistance. In the end, the article also discusses the meaning of result for service industry and the job seeker, and gives some recommendations for reference.
