In order to maintain an advantage over other competitors for products, an important issue in understanding the purchasing factors of consumers. But, it is indeed hard to master true needs of the consumer because the purchasing factors are quite diverse when consumer choosing products. Thus, a TOPSIS (techniques for order preference similarity ideal solution) method is adopted for ranking five tennis rackets with respect to five evaluation criteria (price, popularity, style, after-sale service and quality) by three experts evaluates. The results of this study would be a reference in business management for tennis racket sellers and so as to enhance market competitiveness.
