功能動作檢測(Functional Movement Screen, FMS)是評估一個人的基本運動模式工具，根據人體的動作模式及動作控制設計檢測動作，其目的是在不同情形下，辨識個人在動力鏈發展的代償運動模式，以提供運動傷害風險的警示。再針對失衡的部分增加訓練重點，並符合專項動作的要求，減少訓練時可能受傷潛在風險，故本篇期望藉由FMS檢測各項得分在臨床上的意義及針對過去文獻有關FMS信效度之應用進行探討，藉此使從事運動訓練的教練及選手們對FMS在運動訓練的必要性有更進一步的了解，以利未來的應用。
